党的十七大提出,要加快行政管理体制改革、建设服务型政府:十七届二中全会强调,要坚定不移地把行政管理体制改革推向前进,到2020年建立起比较完善的中国特色社会主义行政管理体制。联系实际学习领会中央精神,我们认为,加快行政管理体制改革、建设服务型政府要从规范政府职责做起。
The 17th CPC National Congress proposed that we should speed up the reform of the administrative system and build a service-oriented government. The Second Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee emphasized that we should unswervingly push forward the reform of the administrative management system and establish a comparatively perfect China by 2020 Characteristic socialist administration system. In connection with the actual study and understanding of the spirit of the Central Government, we think it is necessary to speed up the reform of the administrative management system and establish a service-oriented government from regulating the government’s duties.
