以人为本是科学发展观的核心,是开展企业思想政治工作的指导思想。必须坚持以人为本,才能更好地履行新形势下的企业思想政治工作使命。本文从树立依靠职工理念、抓好教育培训、注重心理疏导、创新思想政治工作方法等方面,阐述了如何在以人为本的视野下,不断改进企业思想政治工作的问题。
People-oriented is the core of the scientific concept of development and is the guiding ideology of carrying out ideological and political work in enterprises. In order to better fulfill the mission of ideological and political work of enterprises in the new situation, we must adhere to the people-oriented principle. This article elaborates how to continuously improve the ideological and political work of enterprises in the perspective of people-oriented from the aspects of establishing the concept of relying on staff and workers, doing a good job in education and training, paying attention to psychological counseling, and innovating the methods of ideological and political work.
