[目的]观察速效心痛滴丸治疗心绞痛疗效。[方法]本次研究选择的对象共104例,按治疗组和对照组各52例划分,对照组给予硝酸酯类药物治疗,治疗组给予速效心痛滴丸治疗。治疗2-3个疗程判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率96.20%。对照组总有效率88.50%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]速效心痛滴丸与硝酸酯类药物治疗心绞痛均可获得较理想效果,但速效心痛滴丸的远期疗效更好,副作用更小,值得临床推广使用。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of quick-acting heart-dripping pills on angina pectoris. [Method] A total of 104 subjects were selected in this study. According to the treatment group and the control group, 52 cases were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with nitric ester drugs. The treatment group was treated with rapid-acting Xintong dropping pills. Treatment of 2-3 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.20%. The total effective rate was 88.50% in the control group, and the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Both instant Xiaoxintong dripping pills and nitrates can obtain more satisfactory results in the treatment of angina pectoris. However, the immediate effect of Xiaoxuexin pain pills is better and the side effects are smaller, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
