某住宅楼 ,7层 ,砖砌体结构 ,钢筋混凝土条基 ,建筑场地在老城区 ,地面以下杂填土深约5m ,工程地质报告提供的地基承载力仅85kPa,且从土工试验数据看 ,土质松散 ,密实性极差 ,不能做天然地基。场地工程地质特征 :人工填土层由粉土夹碎瓦块组成 ,土质稍湿至湿 ,呈可塑至软塑状 ,土层厚3.60~5.00m ,其承载力标准值为85~110kPa。其下为粉土层 ,土质稍湿至湿 ,呈可塑至软塑状 ,上下层土均为中压缩性土 ,下层土承载力为140~170kPa
