为了解淋病患者的细胞免疫状态,笔者对在机体免疫应答及调节中起重要作用的细胞因子TNF-α、IL-10水平进行了检测,以探讨这些细胞因子在性病的发生和发展中所起的作用,现报告如下。1 对象与方法1.1 对象 淋病组25例均为我院门诊明确诊断的淋病患者,根据体征、实验室涂片和培养检测加以判断,其中男18例,女7例,年龄24～45岁,平均30.4岁,病期1周～4个月,所有病例均有婚外性生
