建筑行业的蓬勃发展下,我国在公共建筑施工方面也提出了更高的要求,这对建筑施工企业来说也是一个很大的挑战。要想提高自身的市场竞争力,建筑企业就要从多方面加强重视,在施工质量上能不断提高。本文主要就公共建筑施工质量的通病以及质量问题的原因加以分析,然后结合实际对施工质量通病的有效解决措施详细探究,希望能通过此次研究分析,对实际建筑施工质量的提高起到积极促进作用。
Under the vigorous development of the construction industry, our country also put forward higher requirements in the construction of public buildings, which is also a great challenge to the construction enterprises. In order to improve their market competitiveness, construction enterprises should pay more attention in many aspects, the quality of construction can continue to improve. This article mainly analyzes the common problems of the quality of public construction and the reasons of the quality problems, and then discusses in detail the effective measures to solve the common problems of the construction quality. It is hoped that through this research and analysis, it will actively promote the improvement of the actual construction quality effect.
