采用反相高效液相色谱分析方法,以乙腈、水和乙酸为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和紫外检测器,在230 nm波长下对试样中毒死蜱和烯唑醇进行液相色谱分离和定量分析。结果表明毒死蜱和烯唑醇的线性相关系数分别为0.998 9和0.999 7,标准偏差为0.035和0.030,变异系数为0.58%和0.97%,平均回收率为99.56%和99.51%。方法操作简单、快速、准确,适用于毒死蜱.烯唑醇悬浮种衣剂的定性和定量分析。
Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to separate and quantify chlorpyrifos and diniconazole in liquid samples with acetonitrile, water and acetic acid using C18 column and UV detector at 230 nm. analysis. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of chlorpyrifos and diniconazole were 0.998 9 and 0.999 7 respectively. The standard deviations were 0.035 and 0.030. The coefficients of variation were 0.58% and 0.97%. The average recoveries were 99.56% and 99.51% respectively. The method is simple, rapid and accurate and is suitable for the determination of chlorpyrifos.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of diniconazole suspended seed coating.
