本文对15例慢性再生障碍性贫血(简称再障)病人的骨髓细胞按常规制作超薄切片,用JEM—100CX透射电镜进行观察拍照。病例诊断均符合1987年6月宝鸡再障会议修订标准。15例中男6例,女9例,男女之比为1:1.5;年龄11～47岁,平均26.7岁,中位数年龄30岁;病程6个月～9年,平均2.6年;Hb10～90g/L,平均45.6g/L;WBC1.4～3.55×10~9/L,平均2.57×10~9/L;血小板20～90×10~9/L,平均50.7×10~9/L;骨髓象有核细胞增生低下9/15例,极低下3/15例,活跃1/15例,较活跃2/15例。结果:全部病例骨髓中成熟红细胞形态异常,占成熟红细胞总数的84—99％。1例见弯曲绒线状红细
In this paper, 15 cases of chronic aplastic anemia (referred to as aplastic anemia) in patients with bone marrow cells by conventional production of ultra-thin sections, with JEM-100CX transmission electron microscopy observation photographs. Case diagnosis are in line with the June 1987 Baoji amblyopia meeting revised standards. 15 cases of 6 males and 9 females, the ratio of men to women was 1: 1.5; aged 11 to 47 years, mean 26.7 years, the median age of 30 years; duration of 6 months to 9 years, an average of 2.6 years; Hb10 ~ 90g / L, an average of 45.6g / L; WBC 1.4 ~ 3.55 × 10 ~ 9 / L, an average of 2.57 × 10 ~ 9 / L; platelets 20 ~ 90 × 10 ~ 9 / L, an average of 50.7 × 10 ~ 9 / L ; Bone marrow hyperplasia as nucleated cells 9/15 cases, very low 3/15 cases, active in 15 cases, more active 2/15 cases.
