食管癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤。目前已探知的病因有霉菌毒素、亚硝胺类、微量元素失衡等,但其作用的生化及分子机制尚未充分阐明。近年来肿瘤发生的自由基理论受到广泛关注。有研究表明,过量存在于生物体内的自由基及其引发的过氧化脂质可造成 DNA等生物分子的氧化损伤[1]。
Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor in our country. At present, the etiology of mycotoxins, nitrosamines and trace elements imbalances have been explored. However, their biochemical and molecular mechanisms have not yet been fully elucidated. In recent years, the theory of free radical tumor has received widespread attention. Studies have shown that excessive free radicals present in the body and the lipid peroxidation they initiate can cause oxidative damage to biological molecules such as DNA [1].
