采用自制的微量流动注射-全自动甲醛快速检测仪测定了纺织品中甲醛含量。甲醛与间苯三酚发生显色反应,然后测量体系的吸光度。甲醛的质量浓度在20mg·L-1以内与其吸光度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s)为4.0mg.kg-1。方法用于测定纺织品中甲醛的含量,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)在1.7%~4.9%之间,加标回收率在91.0%~102%之间。
The content of formaldehyde in textiles was determined by home-made micro-flow injection - automatic formaldehyde rapid detector. Formaldehyde and phloroglucinol color reaction, and then measure the absorbance of the system. The concentration of formaldehyde in the concentration of 20mg · L-1 and its absorbance was linear, the detection limit (3s) of 4.0mg.kg-1. The method was applied to determine the content of formaldehyde in textiles. The relative standard deviations (n = 7) of the measured values ranged from 1.7% to 4.9% and the spiked recoveries ranged from 91.0% to 102%.
