目的探讨徒手转正胎方位在头位难产分娩中的作用及两种手法对比。方法对自然分娩的头位难产病例278例进行处理、统计分析。结果改良法与传统法相比在阴道自然分娩上具有非常的优越性,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良式手法转正胎方位,采用徒手旋转胎头是解决因头位置异常而导致难产的有效方法之一,改良手法转正胎方位,避免了传统法的缺点和不足,减少阴道助产及剖宫产率,在临床上有大应用价值。
Objective To explore the role of hand-handing the position of the fetus in difficult-to-deliver labor at the head position and to compare the two methods. Methods 278 cases of spontaneous labor were treated and statistically analyzed. Results Compared with the traditional method, the modified method has the superiority in natural vaginal delivery. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions The improved approach is to correct the position of the fetus. Rotating the fetal head by hand is one of the effective methods to solve the problem of difficult delivery due to the abnormal position of the head. By improving the position of the fetus, it avoids the shortcomings and deficiencies of the traditional method and reduces vaginal delivery and cesarean section Yield, the clinical application of great value.
