配合力的测定与分析是杂种一代选育的重要程序之一,也是杂种优势研究的主要内容。常用的顶交法虽能对亲本的配合力进行初步的测定,但所得结果仪能粗略地反映出供试亲本配合力的一般状况。据此,只能淘汰部分配合力显著低下的材料,故一般只用于杂种一代选育的早期阶段。为了系统地测定和研究亲本的配合力,我们分别采用了双列杂交法和不完整的双列法配制组合,较系统地进行了配合力测定试验。
The determination and analysis of combining ability is one of the important procedures for the breeding of hybrid generation, and also the main content of heterosis research. Although the common top-cross method can make a preliminary determination of the combining ability of the parents, the obtained results can roughly reflect the general situation of the combining ability of the tested parents. Accordingly, only part of the material with a significantly lower combined ability, it is generally only used for early breeding hybrid generation. In order to systematically determine and study the combining ability of the parents, we used the two-row hybridization method and the incomplete double-row method to make the combination, and tested the combining ability systematically.
