鸡蛋是生活的必需品。对生产厂家来说,如果能够买到低价位的鸡蛋,他们得到的无疑是利润。对农民养殖户来说,如果能把鸡蛋卖到高的价位也是他们所期望的。因此,怎样使农民养殖户和食品加工厂对鸡蛋价格更准确地把握,从而降低成本,提高利润,达到双赢的目的是本文的初衷。本文着重根据江苏省海安地区的蛋价走势数据建立灰色波形预测模型,并预测了未来几个月的价格,分析了蛋价波动的原因,以期给农民养殖户和食品加工厂提供参考。
Eggs are necessities of life. For manufacturers, if you can buy cheap eggs, they are undoubtedly the profit. Farmers farmers, if the eggs can be sold at high prices is what they expect. Therefore, how to make farmers farmers and food processing plants to more accurately grasp the price of eggs, thereby reducing costs, increase profits and achieve a win-win purpose is the original intention of this article. This paper focuses on the establishment of a gray waveform prediction model based on the data of egg price movements in Hai’an, Jiangsu Province, predicts the prices in the coming months and analyzes the reasons for the fluctuation of egg prices so as to provide reference for farmer farmers and food processing plants.
