实践3月17日,平桂管理区组织28名“双十项目”建设专题行动学习小组核心学员(四家班子领导),召集20名分课题小组组长(项目建设牵头单位负责人)和2名项目业主,分为“项目点评—深入调研—科学决策”三个阶段,采用“三分钟汇报法”、“领导参与式”工作法、“头脑风暴”分析法等三种行动学习工具,按照“看、听、议、定”四字行动学习流程,系统开展了四家班子项目建设专题行动学习活动,为促进“双十项目”的建设起到了推动作用。
