ERP是一种先进的现代管理手段,自诞生以来,财务管理便在其中扮演着核心角色。纵观企业财务管理工作可知,财务内部控制是其不可或缺的构成要素,ERP的引入和应用可实现对相关信息的充分共享,进一步提升企业财务内部控制质量,从而显著提升财务工作的质量和效率。有鉴于此,本文选取ERP为对象,分析和探讨其会给企业财务内部控制带来何种影响,并在此基础上,给出了ERP环境下有效做好企业财务内部控制工作的具体措施。
ERP is an advanced means of modern management, since its birth, financial management will play a central role. Throughout the enterprise financial management shows that the financial internal control is an integral part of its introduction and application of ERP can achieve the full sharing of relevant information to further enhance the quality of financial internal control, thereby significantly improving the quality of financial work and effectiveness. In view of this, this article chooses ERP as the object, analyzes and explores how it will affect the financial internal control of the enterprise, and on this basis, gives concrete measures to effectively do the internal financial control of the enterprise in the ERP environment.
