采用YAG脉冲激光焊对304不锈钢薄板进行了搭接焊接,焊后并进行了不同工艺的热处理,分析了热处理工艺对焊接接头组织、硬度和抗拉强度的影响。试验结果表明:对焊接试样进行1000℃保温60min水冷(固溶处理)后,焊缝中心显微组织呈等轴晶,组织细小分布均匀,焊缝边缘呈柱状晶,垂直熔合线向中心延伸。焊缝区平均硬度达到216.4HV,接头抗拉强度为375MPa,远高于其他热处理工艺的接头抗拉强度。采用该热处理工艺,焊缝质量较好,具有较高的力学性能。
The YAG pulsed laser welding was used to lap-weld the 304 stainless steel sheet. After welding, heat treatment was carried out with different processes. The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure, hardness and tensile strength of the welded joint were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of the weld center is equiaxed and the microstructure is finely distributed. The edge of the weld is columnar crystal and the vertical fusion line extends toward the center after the welding specimen is subjected to water cooling (solution treatment) at 1000 ℃ for 60min. . The average hardness of the weld zone reached 216.4HV, the joint tensile strength of 375MPa, much higher than the tensile strength of other heat treatment process joints. Using the heat treatment process, weld quality is better, with high mechanical properties.
