钳位式排流器在管道交流干扰防护中应用广泛,但目前管道业界少见对钳位式排流器工作原理的讨论,在其应用中存在诸多误解。基于钳位式排流器内部结构,结合现场检测数据,探讨了钳位式排流器对管地交流电压的缓解,及其对阴极保护通电电位和极化的影响,分析了钳位式排流中地床材料与管道电位差对管道通电电位的影响,澄清了目前业界对该设备的误解,钳位式排流器不具备隔断直流的功能,其对阴极保护的补充作用有待进一步研究确认。采用钳位式排流器后,管道通电电位可能会出现负向偏移、正向偏移或不偏移3种情况,而偏移方向和程度与排流地床/管道之间的电位差密切相关。
