耕作制度是实现农作物全面增产、持续稳产高产、优质、低耗的一项战略措施。合理的耕作制度,可以促进粮食作物与经济作物协调发展,充分利用当地资源,使农、林、牧、副、渔业,各得其所,因地制宜发展,实现粮食与经济作物、饲料作物相结合,用地与养地相结合,农牧结合,农渔结合,农林牧结合,经济效益与生态效益同步增长。搞好我省耕作制度研究,有利于促使产量成倍增长,具有重大的经济意义和科学意义。
