2014年1月13日11:40,南昌市疾病预防控制中心(CDC)接到报告,一名婴儿1月10日在江西省妇幼保健院产科接种室接种卡介苗(Bacille Calmette-Guerin Vaccine,BCG)和乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗(Hepatitis B Vaccine,Hep B)后于13日11:05死亡,死因不明。事发后,当事家长怀疑孩子死亡与预防接种有关,情绪激动并要求赔偿。接到报告后,南昌市CDC立即组织专业人员展开调查。
January 13, 2014 11:40 Nanchang CDC received the report that a baby was vaccinated with Bacille Calmette-Guerin Vaccine (BCG) on January 10 in the maternity vaccination room of the MCH Hospital in Jiangxi Province. And Hepatitis B Vaccine (Hep B) died at 11:05 on the 13th. The cause of death was unknown. After the incident, the parents concerned about the child’s death and vaccination related, emotional and demanding compensation. After receiving the report, Nanchang CDC immediately organized professionals to investigate.
