纳税人合法权益受侵犯的事时有发生。究其原因:主要是由于税收观念上的偏差,过于强调纳税人的义务,没有把纳税人的权利放在与义务同等的位置上,使多数纳税人不完全知道或不知道自己应享有的权利,因此纳税人就不能很好地用权利来保护自己的合法利益了。纳税人的权利有多少?减免?
