企业集体涨价行为引起社会和消费者的广泛关注。然而企业集体涨价行为背后所包含的法律问题更值得我们去探究。各界的不同声音和争议的核心问题在于,企业涨价行为是否合理合法以及如何监管企业涨价行为。本文试从企业集体涨价行为的成因、法律界定来分析,并且针对我国目前对企业集体涨价行为的立法现状的不足提出完善的建议。
Corporate collective price behavior caused widespread concern of society and consumers. However, the legal issues behind the collective price hikes of enterprises are more worth exploring. The core issues of different voices and controversies from all walks of life lie in whether the behavior of corporate price increases is reasonable and legal and how to regulate corporate price increases. This article tries to analyze the causes and legal definitions of collective price hikes, and puts forward perfect suggestions in light of the current situation of legislation on corporate collective hikes in our country.
