全面深化改革时期党的意识形态建构问题探析——以执政合法性为视角

维护党的执政合法性、巩固执政基础是我党全面深化改革时期面对的政治论题,同时也使得建构意识形态面临新的情景。这就需要党发展和完善全面深化改革时期的意识形态内容体系,强调改革的顶层设计、民主和公平。巩固执政合法性的视角,对党建构意识形态的过程提出了新的要求,要求统一继承与创新、转变思维方式、提高灵活性。在路径的选择上,要通过制度化、调整政策和优化生态环境来实现成功的建构。

Maintaining the legitimacy of the party’s ruling and consolidating its governing foundation are the political topics that the party has faced during the all-round deepening of the reform, while at the same time making the construction of ideology a new situation. This requires that the party develop and improve the ideological content system for deepening the reform period in an all-round way, emphasizing the top-level reform, democracy and fairness. From the perspective of consolidating the legitimacy of governing the party, we have put forward new requirements on the party’s process of building ideology, called for the unity of inheritance and innovation, the change of thinking and the enhancement of flexibility. In the choice of the path, we should achieve the successful construction through institutionalization, adjustment of policies and optimization of the ecological environment.
