本文以一个批判的角度指出了理性主义模式对政治权利元持有者的藐视,又在公众立场上寻找话语权的出让、公信力和政策质量的内在逻辑,解释了政策过程中公共话语权出让的内在成因和必要性,我们顺着后现代话语理论的逻辑,通过对后现代情境特质的分析,声明了在错综复杂的公众话语源流中政策主体的话语审视的重要意义,以期为提升公共政策质量提出一条可行之路。
This article points out from a critical angle the rationalism mode’s contempt for holders of political rights and metaphors, and searches for the inherent logic of the transfer, credibility and quality of discourse right in the public stance, explains the transfer of public discourse in the process of policy According to the logic of postmodern discourse theory and through the analysis of postmodern contextual characteristics, we declare the significance of the discourse review of policy subject in the source of intricate public discourse in the hope of raising the quality of public policy A viable road.
