随着我国社会经济体系的不断完善,企业面临巨大挑战的同时,也迎来全新的发展机遇.在这样的背景下我国企业间的竞争也越来越激烈,企业想要在这样的发展环境中提高自身管理的决策能力,首先应该构建起相应高效的管理决策体系,这样才能真正提升企业的综合竞争力.近年来互联网技术也有了很大的进步,企业管理过程中应该要充分利用大数据背景下的技术和资源,通过强大的数据搜集、分析以及处理能力来为企业的管理决策能力提供相应的数据支撑.文章根据大数据背景下企业管理决策的影响进行了分析和研究.
