进入21世纪,人类口头的非物质文化遗产的抢救与保护工作已成为人们关注的热点。宁夏花儿作为中国西北花儿家族中的一个具有鲜明地域特性的独特品种,是宁夏回族文化的重要组成部分和鲜活的文化标志。花儿大多采用方言形式表达,在现代化元素的冲击等原因下致使其乡土文化特色不断流失,花儿的生存现状出现了危机。本文就宁夏花儿如何走出“困境”提出了:政府主导、全民保护、利用教育方式实现宁夏花儿的传承、保护传承人、打造花儿精品意识、进一步加强对花儿的创新等对策,希望宁夏花儿这支艺术奇葩能成为为深入了解西北民族文化的桥梁。
