Since 1993, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League initiated volunteer activities throughout China. So far, the Chinese volunteer action has gone through 23 years of history. Volunteer activities from scratch, from small to large, from the government-led, government incentives, to the community and the whole nation to participate independently. In a sense, the development of public welfare undertakings represents the civilization and modernization of Chinese society.
