本文重点分析了178名七岁以内小儿铁诊断指标。以不同的贫血界标为基点,主要对比正常与贫血小儿的差异和相关的显著性;在血清铁蛋白、运铁蛋白及红细胞游离原卟啉和平均红细胞原卟啉指标意义上,后二者稳定性最强,其次为血清铁蛋白,而运铁蛋白波动较大;红细胞内原卟啉和血红蛋白是红细胞内较直接相关的指标,呈负性相关,较为可靠。进一步标准化血清铁蛋白的测定,急待解决。但是,对运铁蛋白的研究可认为是一个方向性的研究课题.
