以企业R&D活动过程为研究对象,从政府与企业R&D投入的研究视角,基于企业技术中心的创新体系,建立R&D投入与创新产出中间过程的系统动力学模型。实证分析混合R&D投入下企业R&D筹资子系统、支出子系统和产出子系统间的结构关系和动态演化过程。研究发现,企业R&D筹资过程相比R&D支出过程,对创新活动的促进效果更为显著;企业充分发挥了其在创新过程中的主体地位,无论是企业自身的R&D筹资额增加,还是对企业内部的研发支出增加,都会促进创新效应。
Taking the process of R & D activities as the research object, from the perspective of government and R & D investment, a system dynamics model of R & D input and innovation output intermediate process is established based on the innovation system of enterprise technology center. Empirical analysis of the mixed R & D investment under enterprise R & D financing subsystem, expenditure subsystem and output subsystem between the structural relationship and dynamic evolution process. The research shows that, compared with R & D expenditure process, R & D fundraising process is more effective in promoting innovation activities. Enterprises have given full play to their dominant position in the process of innovation. Whether it is the increase of R & D fund raising or the internal R & D spending will increase the innovation effect.
