化验室最常用之集卵法为‘饱和盐水漂浮法’,此法是利用饱和盐水液的比重较高,将比重低於饱和盐水液之虫卵漂浮液而而收集之。此法虽较方便,但对于吸虫类之虫卵检查,极不适宜,因其能使吸虫卵之卵盖张开破坏而不能上浮;另有某些虫卵,因重於盐水液故亦不能被盐水上浮。针对这一缺点,进行了实验研究,证实在饱和盐水液内加入福尔马林(Formalin),可弥补这一缺点,现将方法概述
The most commonly used method for collecting eggs in laboratories is the ’saturated brine floatation’ method. This method utilizes the higher specific gravity of saturated brine solution and collects it in a lower proportion than that of saturated brine solution. Although this method is more convenient, but for the examination of worm eggs, it is very inappropriate, because it can make the eggs of the egg flu opened and destroyed and can not float open; and some eggs, because heavier than saline solution Can not be floated on salt water. In response to this shortcoming, an experimental study was conducted to confirm that the addition of formalin to saturated saline solution can remedy this shortcoming.
