以景天三七为试材,以齐墩果酸含量为指标,运用微波辅助法进行正交实验,研究微波辅助法提取景天三七中齐墩果酸的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:微波辅助法提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度70%,微波温度70℃,微波时间5min,料液比1∶20g/mL,齐墩果酸的提取率最高,为1.663%。该试验结果表明,齐墩果酸正交提取工艺的研究结果可靠,结果稳定,可用于景天三七中齐墩果酸的提取。
The experiment was made on the basis of the content of oleanolic acid with microwave-assisted method. The optimum conditions for the extraction of oleanolic acid from Radix Notoginseng by microwave-assisted extraction were studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions for microwave assisted extraction were ethanol concentration 70%, microwave temperature 70 ℃, microwave time 5 min and solid-liquid ratio 1:20 g / mL. The extraction rate of oleanolic acid was the highest (1.663%). The test results show that the oleanolic acid orthogonal extraction process results are reliable, the results are stable, can be used for the extraction of oleanolic acid in Sedum notoginseng.
