采用运动试验来评定充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的心功能状况,近来已受到临床医师的重视,它可作为评价治疗效果的客观标准,也可在心瓣膜病患者手术前后采用来评价其心功能。
The use of exercise testing to assess cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) has recently received the attention of clinicians and can be used as an objective criterion for evaluating the efficacy of treatment. It can also be used to assess cardiac function in patients with valvular heart disease before and after surgery .
