力量和爆发力是田径运动技术之外的决定运动成绩的重要因素。除长距离跑的主要因素是耐力之外,田径其它运动项目的高水平运动成绩都与力量的发展紧密相关,尤其是在投掷项目中更是如此。如何发展青少年田径运动员的力量素质?本文着重介绍一些发展青少年一般性力量的训练手段和方法,旨在供广大的教练员和运动员进行力量训练时选择采用。
Strength and explosiveness are important determinants of athletic performance beyond track and field techniques.
