目的了解托幼机构清洁消毒质量,探讨ATP荧光检测法在检测托幼机构污染程度中的应用。方法采用先分层抽样后随机抽样的方法,在辖区一级一类、二级二类、三级三类和私立幼儿园等4类托幼机构中随机抽取1所,然后在选中的幼儿园内按大、中、小班级分层,每个年级随机抽取1个班,使用ATP荧光检测法对各班级清洁消毒效果进行检测。结果手涂抹数值中位数为1.00 RLU/cm2,各类检测样品中手合格率最低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.878,P=0.000);各类托幼机构合格率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=6.387,P=0.178);托幼机构内大、中、小班比较合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.885,P=0.390)。结论使用ATP荧光检测法检测托幼机构清洁消毒效果方法可行,受限于目前尚无统一评价标准和试剂昂贵,能否替代细菌菌落计数法进行日常监测需进一步探讨。
Objective To understand the cleaning and disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens, and to explore the application of ATP fluorescence detection method in the detection of nuisance pollution in nurseries. Methods Random stratified sampling method was used to select 1 randomly from 4 types of nurseries in the first class, second class, third class and private kindergarten, and then randomly selected Large, medium and small classes stratified, each grade randomly selected 1 class, the use of ATP fluorescence detection method of cleaning and disinfection of each class test. Results The median of hand smear value was 1.00 RLU / cm2, and the lowest pass rate was in all kinds of test samples (χ2 = 19.878, P = 0.000). There was no significant difference in pass rate among all nurseries (Χ2 = 6.387, P = 0.178). There was no significant difference in passing rate between large, medium and small classes in kindergartens and nurseries (χ2 = 1.885, P = 0.390). Conclusion It is feasible to detect the cleaning and disinfection effect of nurseries by ATP fluorescence detection method. Due to the lack of uniform evaluation criteria and expensive reagent, it is necessary to further explore the possibility of using bacteria colony counting instead of routine colony counting method.
