本文介绍管子对接焊口根部第一层用手工氩弧焊时如何防止过烧或打穿的试验过程。共试焊了六种坡口:工型、V型、U型、双V型和带“尾巴”的U型与双V型。对管内注入或不注入氩气亦进行了试验。试验结果认为,在坡口统一(即氩弧焊、电焊或气焊用同一坡口)和管内不充氩(除F11钢外)的情况下,完全可以达到根部成形平整,不过烧,从而为工程上应用氩弧焊创造了有利条件。
This article describes how to prevent over-burning or puncturing during the first layer of pipe butt welds at the root level by hand welding. A total of six kinds of groove welding test: Type, V-type, U-type, double V-type and with a “tail” of the U and double V-type. Experiments were also conducted with or without argon injection in the tube. According to the test results, it is completely possible to form a flat root but not burn it under the condition that the bevel is uniform (that is, the same groove for welding, welding or gas welding) and the tube is not filled with argon (except F11 steel) The application of argon arc welding has created favorable conditions.
