TSY—I转速监测仪(以下简称监测仪)是一种筒仓斗式提升机转速监测装置。可以监测斗式提升机的输送带在运行过程中是否发生“打滑”现象,也可广泛用于各类滚筒转速低于100转/分的提升机、链式输送机、皮带输送机或大的研磨机上作为监测输送带是否“打滑”之用。该监测仪由上海港科研所在84年底试制成功,经安装、调试于85年3月底正式在上海港第二装卸区筒仓中的提升机上进行现场使用。至今已有半年多,效果良好。现将监测仪的设计思想和半年来的运行情况作一简略介绍。
