本文从解读群众路线的基本内容着手,探讨了以下三个方面的问题:一是为群众服务要有信念、有感情、有本事、有恒心,将“一切为了群众”作为宗旨目标来推进科学发展;二是要依靠群众之德、能、勤,将“一切依靠群众”作为力量源泉来推进科学发展;三是要把握信息社会特点、体现阶层分化特色以及适应人口流动趋势,创新“从群众中来,到群众中去”的工作方法来推进科学发展。
