“工程估价”是工程管理专业的一门专业课。本文首先介绍了“工程估价”课程的特点,分析了该课程教与学的现状,指出“工程估价”教学尚停留在传统教学内容与教学方法上,效果不佳,然后提出“工程估价”课程教学应打破以往的教学模式,营造教师与学生之间的良性互动,全面改革教学内容与方法,以提高“工程估价”的教学效果;最后具体讨论了改进措施。
“Project Valuation ” is a professional course in engineering management. This article first introduced the characteristics of “Project Valuation” course, analyzed the current situation of teaching and learning in this course, pointed out that “Project Valuation ” teaching still stays in the traditional teaching content and teaching methods, the effect is not good, and then proposes The teaching of engineering appraisal should break previous teaching mode, create benign interaction between teachers and students, reform teaching content and methods in an all - round way so as to improve the teaching effect of engineering appraisal. Finally, the improvement measures are discussed in detail.
