目的:探究真空垫、热塑体膜和俯卧架结合热塑体膜三种体位固定技术在盆腔肿瘤放疗中的应用效果。方法:将我院60例行精确放疗盆腔肿瘤患者根据体位固定方式的不同分为A组(18例)、B组(25例)和C组(17例),分别采用真空垫、热塑体膜和俯卧架+热塑体膜体位固定,比较三种体位固定技术在左右、头脚及腹背方向的摆放误差。结果:在左右方向和头脚方向,A与B组摆位误差比较差异并不显著(P>0.05),但均明显大于C组(P<0.05);在腹背方向,B组与C组摆位误差比较差异并不显著(P>0.05),但均明显小于A组(P<0.05)。结论:三种体位固定技术在精确放疗中能够体现出各自的固定优势,但从摆放误差来看,俯卧架+热塑体膜的固定效果要优于真空垫和热塑体膜。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the application effect of three kinds of position fixation techniques, such as vacuum pad, thermoplastic film and prosthesis combined with thermoplastics, in pelvic tumor radiotherapy. Methods: Sixty patients with pelvic tumors treated by radiotherapy were divided into group A (18 cases), group B (25 cases) and group C (17 cases) according to the different position fixation methods. The membrane and the prone frame + thermoplastics were fixed in position, and the placement error of the three kinds of position fixation techniques in the left, right, head and back and back was compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the setup error of A and B between left and right direction and head and toe direction (P> 0.05), but both of them were significantly larger than those of C group (P <0.05) The bit errors were not significantly different (P> 0.05), but were significantly less than the A group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The three kinds of position fixation techniques can show their respective advantages in precision radiotherapy. However, from the perspective of placement error, the placement effect of the prone body + thermoplastics film is better than that of vacuum pads and thermoplastic films.
