目的进一步查清驻广州市某部新兵连戊型肝炎暴发原因和有效控制疫情。方法现场流行病学调查与针对3个环节的防疫措施。结果疫情发生在3月15日~4月30日之间,流行曲线为单峰;一代发病率14.6%;病人集中在1个伙食单位;新兵发病率与老兵相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。续发率0.6%。针对3个环节及时采取措施后疫情终止。结论此次疫情可能为一次性食物污染引起,提示南方部队全年均要作好肠道传染病的预防工作。
Objective To further identify the cause of outbreak of hepatitis E and the effective control of outbreaks of a recruiter in Guangzhou City. Methods Epidemiological survey and epidemic prevention measures in 3 aspects. Results The epidemic occurred between March 15 and April 30 with a single peak in the epidemic curve. The incidence rate of the first generation was 14.6%. The patients were concentrated in one food unit. There was no significant difference in the incidence of recruits compared with the veterans (P> 0.05). The recurrence rate of 0.6%. For the three areas in a timely manner after the termination of the epidemic. Conclusion The outbreak may be caused by one-off food contamination, suggesting that the southern army should make good the prevention of intestinal infectious diseases throughout the year.
