今年以来,我国经济社会发展经受了最为严峻的挑战和考验,尽管遭遇雪灾和震灾,但我国消费市场依然保持增长,上半年社会消费品零售总额51043亿元,同比增长21.4%。分商品类别看,限额以上批发和零售业吃、穿、用商品类零售额同比分别增长25.0%、25.1%和29.1%。分地域看,上半年城市消费品零售额34819亿元,同比增长22.1%;县及县以下零售额16224亿元,增长20.0%,增速比去年同期提高5.7个百分点,增速低于城市2.1个百分点,比2007年扩大了0.5个百分点。分行业看,批发和零售业零售额43068亿元,同比增长21.3%,增速比上年同期提高了7个百分点。住宿与餐饮业零售额达到7207亿元,增长24%,比上年同期加快6.2个百分点。随着北京奥运会的举办,全国住宿和餐饮消费需求明显增加,市场快速增长的势头不会改变。预计第三季度,住宿与餐饮业零售额将达到3800亿元,同比增长24.7%;全年住宿与餐饮业零售额将达到15380亿元,同比增长24.5%。然而,上半年生产价格涨幅扩大,且呈逐月攀升态势,下半年我国物价上涨压力依然较大。

In the first half of this year, the total retail sales of social consumer goods reached 5,104.3 billion yuan, an increase of 21.4% over the same period of last year. It is estimated that in the third quarter, the retail sales of the accommodation and catering industry will reach 380 billion yuan, an increase of 24.7% over the same period of last year; and the retail sales of the accommodation and catering industry will reach 1,538 billion yuan, an increase of 24.5% over the same period of last year. However, the increase in production prices in the first half of the year expanded and showed a month-by-month upward trend. In the second half of the year, the pressure of rising prices in our country remained relatively large.
