区别于电器元件,机械零件本身具有一定的特殊性,在投入使用前很难通过实验方式进行的可靠性判断,所以需从可靠性设计理论方面着手,依托于理论解决机械零件特殊性问题。然而从现行大多理论研究现状看,传统可靠性设计理论、现代较为先进的研究理论等各自都占有较大的比重,很难为可靠性设计研究提供科学指导,需要做好理论梳理工作。本文主要对可靠性设计理论的主要发展历程、现行可靠性设计理论的应用与研究现状以及未来发展趋势进行探析。
Different from electrical components, mechanical parts itself has a certain specificity, it is difficult to determine the reliability of the test method before it is put into operation, so we must start from the theory of reliability design, relying on the theory to solve the special problems of mechanical parts. However, judging from the status quo of most existing theoretical researches, the traditional reliability design theory and the more advanced modern research theories all occupy a large proportion, so it is difficult to provide scientific guidance for reliability design and research. In this paper, the main development course of reliability design theory, the application and research status of current reliability design theory and the future development trend are analyzed.
