目的初步了解没食子提取物对小鼠急性毒性的强弱及特点,测定急性毒性的相关参数。方法小鼠观察检疫3 d,随机分为6组:空白对照组、没食子提取物组:3.25,4.25,5.75,7.5,10.0 g/kg.bw剂量组,灌胃给予没食子提取物,观察其毒性表现。结果没食子提取物组随着剂量的增加,毒性反应表现越明显,小鼠死亡只数也随之增加;空白对照组动物均无异常。结论没食子提取物小鼠口服急毒LD50为4.41 g/kg;没食子提取物可能对胃肠系统有一定的毒性作用。
OBJECTIVE To understand the strength and characteristics of acute toxicity of extracts of gallic acid in mice and to determine the related parameters of acute toxicity. Methods The mice were observed and quarantined for 3 days and were randomly divided into 6 groups: blank control group, Gallic extract group: 3.25,4.25,5.75,7.5,10.0 g / kg.bw dose group, intragastric administration of gallic acid extract to observe its toxicity which performed. Results With the increase of dose, the more obvious the toxic reaction was in the extract group, the more the number of deaths in the mice increased. The animals in the blank control group showed no abnormality. Conclusion The acute oral LD50 of GST was 4.41 g / kg. Gallbladder extract may have some toxic effects on the gastrointestinal system.
