中国共产党第一个军事工作部门,是1924年11月中共中央广东区执行委员会设立的军事部,周恩来同志任军事部长。中国共产党领导的第一支革命武装,是1925年11月由周恩来同志在广东肇庆亲自组建的、叶挺任团长的国民革命军第四军独立团。中国共产党第一次设立军委,是中共中央于1926年2月12日到14日在北平召开的特别会议上决定的,开始时称军事部。中国共产党领导的第一次武装反抗国民党反动派的起义,是1927年8月1日的南昌起义,起义领导人有周恩来,朱德、贺龙、叶挺、刘伯承等,后来把这一天定为中国人民解放军的建军节。人民军队的第一所学校,是1931年7月中央军委在江西瑞金创办的中国工农红军学校。我军第一批被授予军衔的是彭真、陈云、叶季壮、伍修权、段子俊、莫春和6位同志。1945年苏联红军挥师进入我国东北对日作战,考虑到苏军有军衔,为便于开展工作,我党以中央军委的名义授予彭真、陈云、叶季壮为中将军衔,伍修权为
The first military work unit of the Chinese Communist Party was the Ministry of Military Affairs set up by the Executive Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CPC Central Committee in November 1924, and Comrade Zhou Enlai was the military minister. The first revolutionary armed force led by the Chinese Communist Party was the Fourth National Army Independence Corps of the National Revolutionary Army, commanded by Comrade Chou En-lai in Zhaoqing, Guangdong in November 1925. The first establishment of the Central Military Commission by the Chinese Communist Party was decided by the CPC Central Committee at a special meeting held in Peking from February 12 to February 14, 1926, beginning with the military ministry. The first armed rebel led by the Chinese Communist Party against the Kuomintang reactionaries was the Nanchang Uprising on August 1, 1927. The leaders of the uprisings were Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, He Long, Ye Ting and Liu Bocheng. Later, the day was set as the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Army Day. The first school of the People’s Army was the Red Army Chinese Workers ’and Peasants’ Schools founded by the Central Military Commission in Ruijin, Jiangxi in July 1931. In 1945, the Soviet Red Army commanded troops in northeast China to fight against Japan. Considering the rank of the Soviet Union, in order to facilitate the work, our party awarded Peng Zhen, Chen Yun and Ye Ji Zhuang their rank of lieutenants in the name of the Central Military Commission.
