患者,男,56岁,已婚。主因间断性左侧阴囊坠胀不适2年于2013年7月12日入住我院。患者无发热、盗汗,尿频、尿急、尿痛,否认有结核、外伤及手术史。体检:外生殖器发育正常,阴囊皮肤无红肿、破溃,皮温不高。左侧阴囊增大明显,内可触及大小约为7.0cm×2.0cm囊性肿物,表面光滑,质韧与皮肤无粘连,有轻压痛,平卧位后肿物未见消失,透光试验+。左侧睾丸、附睾未触及。右侧睾丸、附睾级双侧精索未触及异常。阴囊超声提
