说明一、全省(一)收入执行情况2017年1-6月全省社会保险基金收入2314.96亿元,为年度预算的58.8%,比上年同期增长(以下简称“增长”)38.1%。增长较快,主要是根据国务院《关于机关事业单位工作人员养老保险制度改革的决定》(国发[2015]2号),建立机关事业单位基本养老保险基金,我省工作推进较快,机关事业单位基本养老保险基金增加较多。
