在电力体制改革不断深化的情况下,供电企业无论是在外部建设还是在内部环境方面都有着非常巨大的变化。这种全新的发展形式对供电企业的思政工作也提出了更高的要求,但是当前的供电企业思政工作还有很多地方有待进一步完善,基于此,本文对当下供电企业思政工作中存在的问题进行了分析,并且讨论了心理疏导方式如何成功应用于供电企业的思政工作之中,以更好提高供电企业的思政工作水平和能力。
In the deepening of the reform of the power system, power supply enterprises have great changes both in their external development and in the internal environment. However, there are still many areas where the current power supply enterprises need to be further improved in their ideological and political work.
