岳麓秦简的奏谳文书先后使用了《奏谳书》、《奏谳状》、《为覆奏状等四种》、《为狱等状四种》四种名称,这些名称都不太合适。用“状”来命名有“以少定多”的嫌疑,且错误参考了《守法守令等十三篇》的命名方式。“为狱(言口)状”等三枚标题简的编联过于牵强,将“为狱(言口)状”简作为第二类卷册的首简缺乏充足的理由。用《为狱等状四种》等来命名有欠妥当。
The names of four kinds of “four kinds of prisoners” such as “memorial book”, “memorial”, “four kinds of memorial music” and “four kinds of prisoners of war” have been used in Yuelu Qin bamboo slips. These names are not suitable . Use “form ” to name “less to set more ” suspicion, and the wrong reference to the “law and order and other thirteen” naming. The short title of “The Prisoner” and “Three Prisoners” are too far-fetched, and there is a lack of sufficient reason for using Jane as the prisoner of the second type. It is improper to name “four kinds of prisoners”.
