教育家李镇西说过这样一句话:“如果把班集体看作是化学反应,要提高化学反应的速度和质量,就要加‘催化剂’,而融情教育就是班集体建设的催化剂。”融情教育,重视在班集体建设中“情”的作用,把“情”作为教育的重要内容,把“情”投射到班集体活动的各个角落,把“情”贯穿于教育的整个过程。于是,我开始践行“行有情之教育有情之人”的“融情教育”班集体建设理念,以培养情感丰富、情谊深厚、情怀远大的人才作为学生培养目标。
