目的 探讨高度近视眼患者的中心视野改变特点及其与眼底病变的关系,评价高度近视眼的发展状态和预后。方法 利用微机化视野分析仪和激光扫描眼底镜检查高度近视254眼,以中低度近视组作对比。结果高度近视中心视野MS、MD及 CLV在各组间有显著性差异( P <0. 01)。各组间眼底损害程度构成比有非常显著性差异(P<0. 005)。结论 近视屈光度与中心视野 MD及 CLV之间的关系分析有助于早期判断高度近视的病变程度及有无合并其它眼底病变。黄斑部的功能异常常早于黄斑部出现形态学异常。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of central visual field changes in high myopia patients and their relationship with fundus lesions and to evaluate the development and prognosis of high myopia. Methods A total of 254 eyes of high myopia were examined by computerized field analyzer and laser scanning ophthalmoscopy. Results High myopia central visual field MS, MD and CLV were significantly different between groups (P <0.01). The degree of fundus damage among the groups has a very significant difference (P <0. 005). Conclusion The relationship between myopia diopter and central visual field MD and CLV can be helpful in early diagnosis of high myopia lesions and the presence or absence of other retinal lesions. Macular dysfunction often occurs earlier than the macular morphology abnormalities.
