马祖光,1928年4月11日生于北京。1946年至1950年在山东大学物理系学习。1950年9月到哈工大工作,同时在研究生班学习。1952年10月7日加入中国共产党。1958年8月至1970年创办核物理专业并任主任、副教授。1970年,创办哈工大光电子技术专业。1979年8月至1981年11月,在LambdaPhysiks公司和Hannover大学作访问教授。回国后,任光电子教研室主任、教授,同时担任哈工大光电子技术研究所所长。1994年,创建国家级重点实验室任主任。
Matsu light, born April 11, 1928 in Beijing. 1946 to 1950 in Shandong University Department of physics study. September 1950 to Harbin Institute of Technology work, at the same time in a graduate study. October 7, 1952 joined the Chinese Communist Party. 1958 August to 1970 founded the nuclear physics and served as director, associate professor. In 1970, founded HIT Optoelectronics Technology. From August 1979 to November 1981, he was visiting professor at LambdaPhysiks and Hannover University. After returning to China, he served as Director and Professor of the Department of Electronics and Electronics, and also served as the director of HIT Opto-Electronic Technology Institute. In 1994, founded the national key laboratory director.
